New Ford Transit chassis cabs have been designed and built for hard work and their robust and rigid chassis provide the perfect foundation to enable us to build just what you need!

We’re pleased to say that we now have a number available, whether you want one powered by traditional EcoBlue diesel, or as a battery electric vehicle (BEV).

They are our recommended base for a wide range of conversion possibilities including exhibition vehicles, outreach vehicles, training vehicles, smaller mobile libraries, mobile workshops, emergency services vehicles and even campers!

In fact the Ford Transit is the perfect chassis cab solution to answer almost all special vehicle needs. It’s so versatile!

We can even convert them into standard or bespoke commercial goods vehicles including, flat-beds, dropsides, tippers, box bodies, refrigerated bodies.

The Transit Chassis Cab combines the strength of a heavy truck with the agility of a light vehicle and this new model comes with updated front axle and lighter chassis components to maximise the capacity of what we can build for you.

There is a redesigned suspension and larger 16 inch wheels for extra comfort and durability plus new auto transmission.

The upgraded 8 speed automatic transmission having been created to replace the previous 6 speed. With a console mounted rotary gear shifter and steering mounted paddle
